Chapter 135: They Seriously Underestimate Me, Don’t They?
Hu Mo’s mood suddenly grew much heavier—not merely saddened by Fu Bo’s story, but overwhelmed by a bitter sense of helplessness.
The other side had two Level Four Battle Emperors and a Level Nine Slaughter King. With his current strength, could he really kill them? Even if Hu Yi Hu were to attempt it, success was far from certain. Why, then, had Fu Bo sought his help?
Although puzzled, the first thing Hu Mo had to do was pull this stubborn old man up from the ground.
“Fu Bo, don’t keep kneeling and kowtowing. It’s never easy to get you back on your feet. Let’s sit and talk. I, Hu Mo, will take responsibility for your affairs. The vengeance owed, the enemies to be slain—none will be spared!” Hu Mo declared fiercely, a powerful aura of kingly dominance radiating from him.
Fu Bo’s heart trembled, gripping Hu Mo’s hand tightly with a voice trembling, “Young master, with your help, this old servant’s great vengeance will surely be fulfilled! Young master, all I have left now is this single life. If you can avenge me, I entrust this fragile life entirely to your command.”
“Fu Bo, don’t say that—I’m not worthy of such a burden,” Hu Mo replied solemnly, a heavy weight settling in his heart. Promising was easy; carrying it out would be far more difficult.
“Fu Bo, to be honest, I still don’t quite understand. Frankly, if I charged at the three of them now, it would be suicide. Moreover, Flame City is currently in the eye of a storm, ready to erupt at any moment. The chances of acting now are slim,” Hu Mo explained candidly, revealing the thoughts he had been wrestling with.
Fu Bo did not falter but nodded knowingly. “Young master, I understand. I naturally wouldn’t dare put you in danger. I hadn’t intended to tell you about this at first, but after seeing your abilities, I realized only you could help me avenge this.”
“Because of my master?” Hu Mo asked casually, knowing deep down this was likely the key reason.
Fu Bo nodded without hesitation. “Indeed. Your master’s cultivation has undergone earth-shattering transformations. That senior’s strength must be formidable. If she intervened, those three would surely be wiped out. Young master, please, I beg you to speak on my behalf and have that senior eliminate them!”
Hu Mo’s face darkened. Although he had suspected this, hearing it confirmed brought a flood of bitterness. He realized he was merely a conduit, not the one truly valued.
Hu Mo gave a bitter laugh and sighed softly. “Fu Bo, it seems you’re a little late. My master has disappeared without a trace. Before she left, she told me to train hard and said she wouldn’t be back anytime soon. If you want me to rely on myself, then I have no choice but to personally take them down. Beyond that, I really can’t do more.”
Fu Bo’s expression stiffened, a trace of sorrow flashing across his face as he forced a bitter smile. “No, young master, don’t joke like that.”
Hu Mo felt a sudden urge to spit blood but restrained his fury—after all, he was now a Slaughter King himself.
“Fu Bo, you don’t just value my master—you haven’t even looked at me. Maybe I’m the one who can kill those three…” Hu Mo ventured.
“Young master, don’t joke. If you could kill them, I would have gone myself long ago. Sigh… in that case, I’ll wait for that senior’s return. Young master, consider that I’ve said nothing. Rest well. Your servant takes his leave!” Fu Bo quickly interrupted, cutting off Hu Mo’s words. Hu Mo gave a helpless smile and sighed deeply to himself, murmuring, “Am I really that unreliable?”
He felt frustrated. After listening to Fu Bo pour out so much bitterness, it turned out he wasn’t needed to act. A strong sense of defeat washed over him; at that moment, it felt as if even the moon, the flowers, and the trees around him were mocking him.
“I refuse to believe that without my so-called master, I can’t help Fu Bo. I’ll kill those three with my own hands and make sure you see it!” A fierce battle intent surged within Hu Mo. Watching Fu Bo’s retreating figure, he solemnly vowed a resolute oath of vengeance.
As the first rays of the sun began to glow, Hu Mo suddenly caught a tantalizing fragrance. Soon, a soft sensation brushed against his face. Sitting cross-legged on a large rock, it felt as if he had encountered something unexpected.
Hu Mo opened his eyes and was immediately met with a huge, fleshy mass pressed against his mouth, stirring a restless excitement within him. Against such a “deadly ultimate move,” Hu Mo felt somewhat fragile.
“All right, I’ve calmed my soul and now it’s time to help me unlock my battle power seals,” Hu Bai Mei said coquettishly, her sweet voice penetrating to his bones. Hu Mo felt as if his blood had turned to honey, his battle power into sugar flowing through his veins and meridians, sweetening his very heart.
Suddenly, Hu Mo regretted his restraint. With such a woman by his side, suppressing himself too much might cause him to literally explode—a walking time bomb.
Turning his head, his nose came into close contact with her chest. He inhaled deeply and weakly said, “Sister, would you mind going back to sleep for a bit? This early in the morning, flashing those two giant buns in front of me—I’m afraid I’ll lose control and take a bite.”
He teased playfully, even mimicking a biting gesture.
Hu Bai Mei let out a small “Ah!” and immediately stepped back. Yet, her face showed no fear or embarrassment. Instead, she hugged her chest tightly, and her two white globes nearly burst from her clothes.
With a sultry moan, she laughed softly, “Oh, my master, both my soul and my breasts belong to you. How could I be afraid? If you want my breasts, take them. I promise to serve you well and satisfy you completely.”
Hu Bai Mei’s slender fingers lifted Hu Mo’s chin as if to draw him closer to her bosom.
Hu Mo was startled, quickly shaking his head. “No, no, no. I need to maintain my energy now. I can’t let you drain me all at once. You little demon, behave yourself. Let’s go inside so I can help you break the seal.”
“Go inside? Master, your mood is truly extraordinary. I wonder, does breaking the seal involve removing clothes or touching anything?” Hu Bai Mei teased, striking a perfect seductive pose. Such provocative behavior so early in the morning was deadly!
Hu Mo’s desire flared rapidly, nearly beyond control. He smiled slightly, his thoughts racing. Suddenly, Hu Bai Mei trembled as an icy chill enveloped her, and her charming expression vanished, replaced by shivering.
“Calm down now. If you don’t, I won’t be able to either. Let’s hurry inside—these days, I have many matters to attend to and can’t waste time,” Hu Mo said, withdrawing Hu Bai Mei’s soul from the silken bonds. Her expression returned to normal, though her lips pouted as if deeply aggrieved.
“I can’t even serve you a little? Looks like what Fourth Granny said is true—not good, not good at all,” Hu Bai Mei muttered, shaking her head as she moved toward the room.
Hu Mo nearly spat blood. For a man, those words were a tremendous provocation. He nearly lost control, imagining stripping her bare and battling for three thousand rounds before asking again if she was willing. But now, he dared not take that step—who knew what tricks this little fox might have.
Once inside, Hu Bai Mei leapt onto the bed, striking an exquisitely alluring pose and beckoned, “My dear master, come and unlock all of me.”
Hu Mo’s expression shifted to one of discomfort as he prepared to refuse, but Hu Bai Mei suddenly became serious, sitting cross-legged and nodding solemnly. “Master, please break the seal for your servant.”
Her sudden change caught Hu Mo off guard. With a helpless sigh, he said, “Fine, the sooner it’s done, the sooner you disappear. If you keep provoking me, I might really explode.”
Hu Mo smiled wryly and approached the bed, just as his hand touched Hu Bai Mei. Suddenly, a light cough came from outside the door.
“Pay attention during the day. Close the door properly,” came Hu Yi Hu’s steady voice from outside, followed by the sound of the door shutting. Only Hu Mo, with a stunned look, and Hu Bai Mei, wearing a mischievous smile, remained inside.
