Those hands roamed over Chen Yu’s entire body, leaving no part untouched.
"Take me~ Ah~"
Ye Fei ignored everything, simply kissing every inch of Chen Yu's soft form. Her breathing grew heavy, her voice becoming increasingly uninhibited. "Ah~ Little brother~ faster~ ah~"
...
Ye Fei kept his lower body still, merely holding Chen Yu in a half-embrace.
Ten minutes later, the spiritual energy within Ye Fei seemed to sense something was amiss. It surged from his dantian, rapidly dampening his desire.
Chen Yu waited a long time for Ye Fei to make his move, but instead, he ceased all action. He gazed at her with dark, obsidian eyes, clearly at a loss.
"Sister, I am..."
She was not angry. Climbing atop him, she pressed her body tightly against his and whispered softly, "I can wait, brother. As long as you want me, no matter when it is, I will always be here."
Ye Fei gently pushed her away and offered an awkward smile. "Sister, this was just a fleeting moment of passion. There is no need for us to make any promises. Besides, it was just a kiss."
Chen Yu grabbed his wrist and pressed it firmly against her chest, staring intensely into his eyes. Her allure was such that even Yang Guifei in her prime could not have surpassed it.
"Little brother~ do you truly have no feelings for me at all?"
Ye Fei quickly pulled his hand back, handed her her pajamas, and gave a lopsided grin. "Sister! We are partners, eternal partners. Besides, we haven't actually done anything substantial, so you don't have to insist on it being me, right?"
Chen Yu understood that Ye Fei did not yet think of her in that way. She gave a slight nod, quickly dressed, jumped off the bed, and prepared to leave.
As she reached the door, Ye Fei called out, "Sister, don't pretend to be drunk in the future. You are quite charming when you're actually drunk."
Chen Yu offered a bitter smile. Even if she was charming, didn't he still show absolutely no desire for her?
Once Chen Yu was gone, Ye Fei immediately began to meditate. He had worked hard to reach the second stage, and while he had finally gained the infusion of spiritual energy, the breakthrough to the third stage remained elusive.
"Is it because my desires are too strong?" Ye Fei muttered to himself. "That can't be it. I’m a young, vigorous man; it’s normal to have these thoughts occasionally, right?"
He held his breath and opened his eyes, only to see Chen Yu lying naked on the bed in the next room.
"Damn it!" Ye Fei turned his head the other way. "Brother Spiritual Energy, we've been together for five or six years—don't you dare abandon me at a time like this!"
...
After a long while, the spiritual energy within Ye Fei finally returned to normal.
Furthermore, the energy successfully opened up a new realm. His body felt light as a feather; it seemed that sword-flying was indeed the third stage. The old man hadn't lied to him after all.
He lay on the bed, imagining himself mastering the Nine Dragon Divine Arts, and could not help but feel a surge of excitement. Once he succeeded, he would finally be able to enjoy the pleasures of the flesh! If all nine of his senior sisters could become his women...
As he was lost in these fantasies, he suddenly heard an unusual whistle. Having spent his life amidst blades and shadows, he was instantly on alert. A casual whistle is one thing, but this was clearly meant to convey a signal, though he could not yet identify its source.
Ye Fei leaped up and gently pulled back the curtain. Outside, it was pitch black. This kind of unnatural darkness always made him hyper-vigilant. After watching for a long moment, he finally spotted a silhouette behind a poplar tree on the sidewalk.
*Hmph!* Little punk, trying to hide? Don't you know your grandfather is the progenitor of concealment?
Three minutes later, Ye Fei moved behind the poplar tree. He stared at the dark shadow and suddenly found it rather amusing, letting out a soft chuckle.
"Who's there?"
He spun around, only to find a man wearing a Tiger King mask.
"Ye Fei?"
Ye Fei asked curiously, "Not bad, you know who I am. And who are you? Why do you look so familiar to me?"
The man took a step back, guarding himself. "How did you spot me?"
Ye Fei replied dryly, "Is it that hard? Out of this whole row of trees, only this one is the thickest. You were bound to be hiding behind it! Is that supposed to be a problem?"
The man gasped, fists clenched, and said coldly, "Just a few cheap tricks. What, are you proud of yourself?"
The tone—why was it so familiar? Ye Fei stared at the ghost mask for a long time, but still couldn't recognize who this person was. The voice had been altered! Yet, in terms of stature and the shape of the eyes, Ye Fei felt certain he had met this person before.
"You're a mercenary, aren't you?"
The man snorted coldly and flicked his wrist. A throwing dart whistled through the air; Ye Fei dodged lightly, and the dart embedded itself in the tree trunk beside him.
He clearly didn't intend to kill Ye Fei, yet his aura felt as if he wanted to grind Ye Fei into dust.
"I'm warning you, stay out of the Situ family's business, or you'll regret it!" the stranger warned coldly.
Ye Fei didn't listen to the words; instead, he stared straight at the man's chest.
*Wait. Not a man.* She was a woman.
"My dear beauty, your figure is a bit lacking. Look at yourself—flat and fierce. If you keep this up, you might end up a spinster for life!"
Ye Fei’s flippant remark hit a nerve. If she hadn't wanted to kill him before, she certainly wanted him to go drink the broth of oblivion now!
"I'm going to kill you!"
With a flick of her wrist, she brandished a dagger and lunged at him. It had to be admitted that her technique was skilled and her movements blindingly fast. In the blink of an eye, she sliced open Ye Fei's left shoulder.
Ye Fei glanced at his wound and couldn't help but laugh. "Haha, I'm bleeding! I'll let this pass because you're a girl, but if you continue, I can't guarantee I'll remain a gentleman."
"Who the hell needs your sympathy? I'm going to finish you!"
She quickly switched to a sword, pointing it directly at him. "Today, I will hear you apologize with your own mouth!"
*What? Apologize?*
Ye Fei burst into uproarious laughter, clutching his stomach.
"What are you laughing at? Are you looking down on me?"
Hearing this, Ye Fei finally straightened up and shrugged. "No, I'm laughing because you're a girl who can't take a hint. I wasn't trying to insult you; I was just being honest. Your figure really doesn't inspire much desire, and even if a man doesn't care about the body, he looks at the face, and your face..."
Before he could finish, the sword lunged at his chest.
She watched in horror as the blade was blocked inches from him, while a faint blue flame flickered around Ye Fei's entire body.
